Our Commitment to Crime Free and Drug Free Living:
We believe that each person who resides in our California Villages community deserves the best possible environment in which to live. Therefore, as part of their lease commitment we require that each resident sign the "Rules and Regulations for a Crime Free Community". These rules state (in part) that "Drug-related criminal activity" means the illegal manufacture, sale, distribution, cultivation, use or possession with intent to manufacture, sell, distribute, or use of a controlled substance, including the use of medical or recreational marijuana. Furthermore, resident shall not engage in any of the actions or conduct related to marijuana, that are otherwise permitted under Health and Safety Code 11362.1, on the premises.
What happens if someone violates the Crime Free Rule?
It is understood that a single violation shall be good cause for immediate termination of the lease.
